Our members are minority MBAs, business professionals, entrepreneurs and MBA students who share a commitment to education and business – two principal keys to the economic development of the Black Community. The Toronto Chapter of the NBMBAA offers a unique networking opportunity for Black MBA graduates and students, entrepreneurs and business professionals in the Greater Toronto Area seeking to advance their careers, knowledge and wealth potential in today’s global economy.
Since its inception in 2008, as the first international Chapter, the Toronto Chapter has successfully attracted over 100 new members; forged strong partnerships with some of the world’s top Fortune 500 companies; created scholarship programs and implemented strategic leadership programs and community development programs that will create intellectual and economic growth for Blacks in our community. Our unique positioning in Toronto allows us to leverage passion, knowledge and experience within our diverse communities to fulfill our vision and mission.

The National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) Inc was established in 1970 and represents the most powerful network of individuals and partners in the United States dedicated to increasing corporate diversity, access to capital and intellectual advancement. The NBMBAA provides access to knowledge and success through five channels of engagement: education, career, leadership, entrepreneurship and lifestyle. With nearly 8,000 members in 43 chapters across the United States and Canada and an interest group in England, the NBMBAA represents a dynamic group of educated, accomplished business leaders.
